caffeine is a part of your daily routine

Do you know the caffeine content of your favorite beverages? Did you know that some sweets and even over-the-counter medications have caffeine? Caffeine is very helpful for human being. Caffeine can give you a pleasant life.
It has many effects on the body's metabolism, including stimulating the central nervous system. This can make you more alert and give you a boost of energy. Caffeine is a bitter substance found in coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate, kola nuts, and certain medicines. For all people, the amount of caffeine in two to four cups of coffee a day is not harmful. Too much caffeine can make you restless, anxious, and irritable. It may also keep you from sleeping well and cause headaches, or other problems. If you stop using caffeine, you could get withdrawal symptoms.
If you're like most adults, caffeine is a part of your daily routine.
You may want to take a closer look at just how much caffeine you get in a typical day, especially if you're bothered by headaches, restlessness or anxiety. If your caffeine habit totals more than 500 to 600 milligrams a day, you may want to consider cutting back.
